Kimiz, ne yapıyoruz

Pop Mind, gerçek olaylardan kısa belgeseller üreten bağımsız bir yapımdır. Videolar YouTube (Pop Mind, PopMind.TR), TikTok (@popmind.shorts) ve Instagram (@popmind.reels) hesaplarında yayınlanır. "Pop Mind Automation" bu hesapları yönetmek için yapımın sahibi tarafından kullanılan özel bir araçtır; herkese açık bir hizmet değildir, dışarıdan kullanıcı kaydı yoktur.

Bu siteyi ziyaret edenler

• pop-mind.com ziyaretçileri hakkında veri toplanmaz; çerez, analitik ya da izleme yoktur.
• Sayfanın açık/koyu tema tercihi yalnızca tarayıcınızın kendi belleğinde (localStorage) tutulur, sunucuya gönderilmez.

YouTube

• Uygulama, YouTube Data API ve YouTube Analytics API ile yalnızca sahibinin kendi kanallarına video, altyazı ve yorum yanıtı yükler; yalnızca bu kanalların kendi istatistiklerini okur.
• Sahibin kendi videolarındaki herkese açık yorumlar, onlara yanıt vermek için okunur. Yorumcu adı, kanal kimliği ve yorum metni yalnızca sahibin sunucusunda ve şifreli yedeğinde tutulur, başka amaçla kullanılmaz, üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
• Google'dan alınan erişim anahtarları yalnızca uygulamanın çalıştığı sunucuda tutulur. Verilen erişim Google hesap izinleri sayfasından istendiği an iptal edilebilir.

TikTok

• Uygulama, TikTok Login Kit ile yalnızca sahibinin kendi TikTok hesabına (@popmind.shorts) bağlanır ve Content Posting API ile bu hesaba video yükler/yayınlar.
• TikTok'tan alınan bilgiler: hesabın temel profil bilgisi (görünen ad, avatar, açık kimlik) ve yüklenen gönderinin durumu. Bu bilgiler yalnızca sahibin sunucusunda tutulur; takipçi, izleyici ya da başka kullanıcı verisi alınmaz.
• Erişim belirteçleri yalnızca sunucuda tutulur; üçüncü taraflara verilmez. Bağlantı, TikTok uygulamasında Ayarlar → Güvenlik → Bağlı uygulamalar bölümünden istendiği an kaldırılabilir; kaldırıldığında sunucudaki belirteç geçersiz olur ve silinir.

Instagram ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Instagram'a (@popmind.reels) yayın ve TikTok/Instagram gönderi listesi için üçüncü taraf bir yayın hizmeti (Blotato) kullanılır; bu hizmete yalnızca sahibin kendi videoları ve açıklamaları verilir. Instagram Graph API ile yalnızca sahibin kendi hesabının istatistikleri okunur.
• Videoların görselleri ve seslendirmesi yapay zekâ servisleriyle üretilir; bu servislere yalnızca senaryo metinleri gönderilir, kişisel veri gönderilmez.

Ekip ve altyapı

• Yapım panelini yalnızca ekip (üç ortak) kullanır; ekip üyelerinin panel hesabı, seçtikleri görünen ad, isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafı ve Telegram kimliği sunucuda tutulur. Ekip bildirimleri özel bir Telegram grubundan gider.
• Sunucu Almanya'dadır (AWS, Frankfurt). Veriler kanal çalıştığı sürece tutulur; yedekler şifrelidir ve aynı bölgede saklanır.
• Hiçbir veri satılmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ya da üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

Who we are

Pop Mind is an independent production of short documentaries based on true events, published on YouTube (Pop Mind, PopMind.TR), TikTok (@popmind.shorts) and Instagram (@popmind.reels). "Pop Mind Automation" is a private tool used by the owner to run these accounts. It is not a public service and has no sign-up for outside users.

Visitors of this website

• No data is collected about visitors of pop-mind.com; there are no cookies, analytics or tracking.
• The light/dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to a server.

YouTube

• The app uses the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API only to upload videos, captions and comment replies to the owner's own channels, and to read those channels' own statistics.
• Public comments on the owner's own videos are read in order to reply to them. Commenter name, channel ID and comment text are kept only on the owner's server and its encrypted backup, are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties.
• Google access tokens are stored only on the server running the app. Access can be revoked at any time from Google account permissions.

TikTok

• The app connects through TikTok Login Kit only to the owner's own TikTok account (@popmind.shorts) and uses the Content Posting API to upload and publish videos to that account.
• Data received from TikTok: the account's basic profile (display name, avatar, open ID) and the status of the uploaded post. It is stored only on the owner's server. No follower, viewer or other user data is collected.
• Access tokens are stored only on the server and are never shared with third parties. The connection can be removed at any time in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Connected apps; once removed, the token on the server becomes invalid and is deleted.

Instagram and third-party services

• A third-party publishing service (Blotato) is used to post to Instagram (@popmind.reels) and to list TikTok/Instagram posts; it receives only the owner's own videos and captions. The Instagram Graph API is used only to read the owner's own account statistics.
• Video visuals and narration are generated with AI services; only script text is sent to them, never personal data.

Team and infrastructure

• The production panel is used only by the team (three partners); their panel accounts, chosen display names, optional profile photos and Telegram IDs are stored on the server. Team notifications go through a private Telegram group.
• The server is located in Germany (AWS, Frankfurt). Data is kept for as long as the channels operate; backups are encrypted and stored in the same region.
• No data is sold, used for advertising or shared with third parties.
