1. Kapsam

Bu şartlar pop-mind.com sitesi ve yapımın kendi hesaplarını yönetmek için kullandığı "Pop Mind Automation" aracı için geçerlidir. Site bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; araç yalnızca yapım ekibinin kullanımına açıktır, dışarıya hizmet, hesap ya da API sunmaz.

2. İçerik ve telif

• Videolar, senaryolar, logo ve site içeriği Pop Mind'a aittir. Kısa alıntı ve bağlantı paylaşımı serbesttir; videoların yeniden yüklenmesi ya da ticari kullanımı yazılı izin gerektirir.
• Hikâyeler gerçek olaylara dayanır; görseller ve seslendirme yapay zekâ ile üretilir ve bu, yayınlandığı platformlarda beyan edilir. Görseller temsili canlandırmadır, belge fotoğrafı değildir.
• Kaynak hatası ya da düzeltme talebi için aşağıdaki adrese yazılabilir; haklı düzeltmeler videonun açıklamasında ya da sabitlenmiş yorumunda belirtilir.

3. Üçüncü taraf platformlar

Videolar YouTube, TikTok ve Instagram'da yayınlanır. Bu platformlardaki izleme, yorum ve paylaşım ilgili platformun kendi şartlarına tabidir. Pop Mind, TikTok ve Google API'lerini yalnızca kendi hesaplarına içerik yüklemek ve kendi istatistiklerini okumak için kullanır; bu kullanım ilgili platformların geliştirici politikalarına uygun yürütülür.

4. Sorumluluk

Site ve videolar "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İçerik eğitici ve eğlence amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, mali ya da mühendislik tavsiyesi değildir. Sitenin kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağı taahhüt edilmez.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the pop-mind.com website and to "Pop Mind Automation", the tool the production uses to run its own accounts. The website is informational; the tool is available only to the production team and offers no service, accounts or API to outside users.

2. Content and copyright

• Videos, scripts, logo and website content belong to Pop Mind. Short quotes and sharing links are welcome; re-uploading videos or commercial use requires written permission.
• Stories are based on true events; visuals and narration are generated with AI, and this is disclosed on the platforms where videos are published. Visuals are representative reenactments, not documentary photographs.
• Source errors and correction requests can be sent to the address below; justified corrections are noted in the video description or pinned comment.

3. Third-party platforms

Videos are published on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Viewing, commenting and sharing on those platforms are subject to each platform's own terms. Pop Mind uses the TikTok and Google APIs only to upload content to its own accounts and to read its own statistics, in line with those platforms' developer policies.

4. Liability

The website and videos are provided "as is". The content is educational and for entertainment; it is not medical, legal, financial or engineering advice. No guarantee is given that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
